Extra Virgin Green Olive Oil - Gonnelli
This is a cold extracted extra virgin olive oil made from the green olives early in the harvest from the provinces of Florence, Arezzo and Siena. It has strong character, with intense aroma of fresh olive and light notes of artichoke and wild herbs. It is an oil with a round and balanced taste with herbaceous notes, spicy finish and slightly bitter. Well paired with grilled meats and vegetables. Great on carpaccio and salads.
