This is a cold pressed Italian extra virgin olive oil made from black olives, hand selected at harvest. It has a distinct, mild character, well-balanced with a delicate fresh olive aroma and notes of almond. To taste it is slightly spicy with sweet sensations. Ideal with dishes that have subtle flavours such as steamed fish or pairing with chocolate cake.
