Since 1857, pastilles have been the company’s oldest and most iconic confectionery product. The pastilles, available in various flavours, are still produced today with traditional bronze moulds, following the original recipe.
Cold icing sugar (96%) is mixed with Arabic gum and tragacanth gum. Water, fruit juices, essential oils, extracts and natural dyes are then added according to taste.
