Prato Biscuits - also commonly known as almond cantucci or cantuccini - are part of the Tuscany confectionery tradition and are perfect after a meal paired with Vinsanto. Pistachio and Almond Biscuits are a fresh variety of the Biscotti di Prato flavor, with which they share the same identical dough.
Prepared with just 4 simple ingredients: flour, sugar, pistachios, almonds and free-range eggs. They do not contain preservatives, animal fats or vegetable fats.
Suggested pairings: -at the end of a meal with Dessert wines, smooth grappas or spiced gins -as a snack or for breakfast with coffee or tea, but also with vanilla or chocolate ice cream
