Honey and Pollen

An extraordinary combination, a harmony that bees find already present in the flower. the nectar is the sweet, aromatic component. the pollen is the structural nutrient, containing protein, present in trace quantities in honey. bees feed it to the pupae as they grow, and above all to the egg-laying queen. in the spring, the hive’s only mother produces about 3,000 eggs a day, an enormous expenditure in energy and protein, which is compensated with this super-nutrient.  the taste is pleasant, reminiscent of acacia honey with an intense herbaceous note of multifloral pollen.

Accompaniments: pollen is recommended in cycles of about 20 days, a spoonful (12 g) in the morning before breakfast. italian pollen with italian honey to re-energize the body and start your day right. focus is not a medicinal product, so there are no warnings against its use except for a known intolerance or allergy to the ingredients it contains. the product may have foam on the surface. feeding it to babies under the age of 12 months is not recommended.
