Aristeo is an Organic EVO oil, which keeps its organoleptic characteristics over the years, whose colour turns from yellow to light green.
The main and intense taste of green olive is accompanied by hints of tomato, artichoke and almond; which are followed by the top notes, consisting of a reference to the fresh and traditional herbs of our area.
Bitterness and spiciness are lightly perceived, persistent in the right measure, and do not dominate the main flavour.
