Extra Virgin Olive Oil Ogliarola - Congedi
Variety of Olives: composed from careful selections by the Congedi Family that every year carried on Ogliarola Salentina variety, typical cultivar from Salento area, in south of Puglia region, harvest only in October. Oil that is obtained has both a very fruity aroma and balanced taste, perfectly harmonious in it’s bitter and spicy components. Fairly fruity, it immediately releases sensations of green apples, freshly-cut herbs, oregano and almond. Pairing: as a dressing on fish, seafood, crustaceans, white meat, delicate meals, bitter vegetables.
