This product is a tribute to the first ÒhistoricalÓ tartufata, which we created more than 30 years ago and represents an epochal change in the world of truffles. Today, we still follow the same recipe, using the same ingredients, such as the most mature and perfumed black truffles, extra virgin olive oil, the freshest mushrooms selected by hand.
